Aviation-Grade M8 Connector – Threaded Locking for Vibration-Prone Applications

This M8 series adopts Aviation Connector locking principles to serve demanding Industrial Connector applications. The precision-threaded engagement prevents unmating due to mechanical vibration, a common failure mode in servo drives and high-speed pick-and-place systems. As a fully sealed Waterproof Connector, it withstands oil mist, humidity, and particulate ingress, delivering the mechanical margin engineers require for long-term deployment in automated manufacturing cells and motion control platforms.

M8 series with IP67/68 rating, provides with 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,12,14,19,24 contacts, different Pin match specific applications.

We supply full series of M8 with field wireable connector, molded cable connector, panel connector, overmoled cables, wire harness and accessories. PVC (general) or PUR (oil resistant) cables available with customized length according to user requirements.
