According to the function and structure, charging pile electronic wires can be divided into the following categories:

Common materials
Conductor: mostly oxygen-free copper (good conductivity), some high-end wires use tinned copper (anti-oxidation).
Insulation layer:
PVC (polyvinyl chloride): low cost, suitable for general environment.
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene): better temperature resistance and insulation, suitable for high voltage and high temperature scenarios.
TPE (thermoplastic elastomer): good flexibility, bending resistance, suitable for frequently moved parts (such as charging gun cables).
Shielding layer: Communication cables are often shielded with aluminum foil + braided mesh to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).
