We accept T/T (Bank Transfer). A deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance paid before shipment.

For prototype orders, lead time is typically 7-15 days. For mass production, it depends on the order quantity and complexity, generally ranging from 3-5 weeks. We will provide a precise schedule with your quote.

9. How do you ensure quality control?
Quality is integral to our process. We perform a First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process checks, and a final random inspection before shipment. We can provide inspection reports and are compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
10. What if I receive defective parts?
We stand behind our quality. If any parts are found to be defective due to our manufacturing process, please notify us within 12 months of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos). We will promptly arrange to re-manufacture or repair the defective units.
